Initial EMT training program

Mid Mo Ambulance District offers the initial EMT Basic class once a year.  The program will prepare individuals for the National Registry Test in order to obtain a Missouri State EMT Basic license.  

Educators bring a vast amount of field experience to the program.  Program consists of classroom time that includes lectures and hands on training.  Participants will also spend time in the field through clinical experience.  

Mid Mo Ambulance District gives Military and local First Responders discounts for attending the program. First Responder discount includes local fire, law enforcement, and dispatchers.  

Class size is limited to 15 participants.  Participants must be able to pass a back ground check through the State of Missouri to obtain EMT-Basic license.

Payment plan option as follows:  $450 the first night of class with balance due by April 1st.  Credit/Debit cards accepted with added fee. 

Participants must be 18 years old and have high school diploma or equivalent.
